Thank you for visiting our website which presents proposals by Harvington Properties and Miller Homes for the residential development of land east of Selborne Road, Alton.

As you may be aware, we held a public exhibition earlier this year where we displayed our plans for new homes and substantial areas of public open space. We are pleased to confirm that we have now submitted our reserved matters application to East Hampshire District Council to agree the remaining details of the development, following the approval of outline consent which approved the principle of residential development and access from Selborne Road via a new roundabout.

Following the public exhibition the proposals were updated in response to feedback received and the application proposes 243 new homes (49 of which will be affordable housing), a good quality landscaping scheme, public open space (including an informal children's play area) and generous levels of parking in accordance with the Alton Neighbourhood Plan, including 122 dedicated visitor parking spaces.
