Thank you for visiting our website which presents draft proposals by Miller Homes and Harvington Properties for the residential development of land east of Selborne Road, Alton with 249 new homes.

East Hampshire District Council has already granted outline planning that has approved the principle of the residential development of this site with access from Selborne Road as part of a wider hybrid permission that also approved full permission for highways and bridge improvement works.

Miller Homes and Harvington Properties are currently preparing a reserved application to agree the remaining details of layout, scale, appearance and landscaping, before a submission is made to East Hampshire District Council.
